Biography:
Allen was employed at the Santa Barbara studio for two years and then moved up to become studio manager of American's affiliate in Los Angeles, the Vogue Film Company. Allen had grown up in Santa Barbara and was also the husband of Flying A actress, Meta Drinkwitz.
