Wife of director Thomas Ricketts, Josephine used the stage name of Ditt and performed with Essanay between 1908 and 1910. We've not been able to confirm many Flying A titles prior to 1914 but it's likely that she performed multiple roles in 1910 before Tom left for Los Angeles and again in 1913 when he returned to American.
