Story Summary: No summary has been located, only a review: "Here is a film showing something of the spirit which animates men on the Mexican border. It is all interesting, but its feature is a cavalry charge that brings one vigorous response. Those plunging horses please the audience immensely, and there is no question about its being exciting." - Moving Picture World, June 10, 1911 |
Unique Occurences Split reel released with "A Daughter of Liberty" and likely shot in San Antonio. |
Additional Info The cavalry charge may have been footage from the "U.S. Cavalry Drill" film produced earlier in Texas with a narrative attached later, likely by Dwan. Three different directors could have played a part - Beal, Hamilton, or Dwan. No print is known to survive to test this theory. - DD |
