Story Summary:
The Jungle Man left his wife, for the Jungle Man heard the call of the sea. The Man of the Sea left his wife for he heard the call of the jungle. This instinct led them into the other's domain to witness wonders of the earth. So the Jungle Man met the wife of the Man of the Sea. She understood his desires and was afraid of him for she was of the sea and the world. And so the Man of the Sea found his way to the wife of the Jungle Man, and being of the sea and the world, he understood and made known his desires, but she, instinct guided, fled from him. And thus both the Man of the Sea and the Jungle Man, tired of their excursion and took separate ways to their separate homes, the wanderlust conquered, each harkening to the call of his mate. - Moving Picture World, January 25, 1913
