Story Summary: When the Little Girl took possesion of the home, she had her kid brother with her, whom she always referred to as the Prince, due to the fact that she had developed an imagination which made it easy for her to change his ordinary world into a kingdom of princes, princesses and good fairies. The hero meanwhile had secured a job and was very much worried over the disappearance of the little girl and her kid brother, who had been adopted by him when their mother died. The hero had been ordered by the father to earn a week's salary before showing his face at the house again. (Wid's September 13, 1917 page 591) |
